In rear of mid-division, closer in 5th after 4 out, 4th approaching straight, 3rd and ridden to challenge from 2 out, almost on terms in 2nd at last, led and stayed on well run-in (trainer said, regarding the improved form shown, gelding joined stable prior to Leopardstown run (07/06) and had some decent form on soft to heavy ground but had jumped badly last year, but she felt its jumping had improved since then and today's longer trip (2m4f) and fast ground were also beneficial, but the biggest factor was that gelding was relaxed throughout, having been very excited prior to racing the last two times)
