Richard Forristal

Richard Forristal joined the Racing Post as Ireland editor in 2016. A former jump jockey, he joined the Irish Independent as a columnist and features writer after quitting the saddle in 2003, before becoming its main racing correspondent in 2011. Richard is recognised for his forthright and insightful writing, while he also manages the Racing Post's editorial operations in Ireland.
