Peter Thomas

Peter Thomas began his journalistic career in prehistoric times, as a sub-editor at the Sporting Life, long before the birth of the Racing Post. He became a columnist and editor of the Sporting Life Weekender, transitioning to editor of the Racing Post Weekender and then taking on a full-time feature writing role more than 20 years ago. In 2023 he was voted Horserace Writer of the Year.
