Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings
Friday selections from Dundalk, Exeter, Lingfield, Warwick and Wolverhampton

Friday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Dundalk
7.30 Dalvey
Despite having it put up to him by Bowerman last week, Dalvey has been a very reliable conveyance here and can confirm the places on 3lb worse terms. Isle Of Sark is the one to watch after a disappointing season last year but has been gelded since his last run.
Justin O'Hanlon
Exeter
3.20 Carlow Farmer
Many of these can be given a proper chance, including Dan McGrue, strictly on his latest effort. Crossing The Bar, Dynamite Kentucky and the very tough Raddon Top should be involved but Carlow Farmer won well when last seen and that form looks all the better now.

Lingfield
4.40: Catch My Breath
This could be run at a good clip and Catch My Breath has it in him to threaten from off the pace. Smart Connection was going great guns when last seen and watch out for any confidence behind Weloof.
Alistair Jones
Warwick
1.20: Coolvalla
Among those with possibilities are Glance From Clover (if he stays) and Manintheshadows (if on another going day) but such was the emphatic nature of Coolvalla's Lingfield romp that he's taken to follow up under a penalty. Shah An Shah has a career-best effort over C&D and looks the best alternative.
Richard O'Brien
Wolverhampton
7.45: Subjective Value
City Runner won well on his AW debut and could improve again with this greater emphasis on stamina, while Havana Goldrush still isn't fully exposed and Bastogne may have more to offer over 1m+. Subjective Value still appeals as being nicely ahead of his mark though and stepping back up in distance can see him gain a second success.
