Tottenham v Chelsea Bet Builder preview

Over 1.5 goals

The pressure will be on Tottenham to start on the front foot given they have a two-goal deficit to overturn from the first leg, but that could leave them open to counter raids.

Chelsea have scored at least two goals in five of their last six games, while 11 of Spurs' last 12 matches have featured at least two goals.

The visitors will also be without some of their primary defenders, including Reece James and Ben Chilwell, and Spurs will look to take advantage of that.

With the stakes high, this could end up becoming a ding-dong affair with both sides working goalscoring opportunities.

Marcos Alonso over 1.5 shots

Much of Chelsea's joy in last week's first leg came down their left side, as seen when Marcos Alonso assisted Kai Havertz for the Blues’ first goal.

It is an area the European champions are likely to target again so Alonso can be fancied to register two or more shots.

The Spaniard had four shots against Liverpool recently and has averaged just shy of two shots per game over the last two seasons.

Oliver Skipp to be booked
Oliver Skipp is the most-booked Spurs player this season, with seven cautions in 21 starts.

The youngster has been handed plenty of responsibility under new boss Antonio Conte and his disciplinary record reflects his all-action midfield role.

With the potential for an open game, Chelsea should pose a threat on the counter and Skipp may be the man called upon to break up play. It would be no surprise were he to find his way into the referee's notebook again.
