Kemi Badenoch is 11-10 with Coral and Ladbrokes not to lead the Conservative party into the next UK general election after beating Robert Jenrick in the ballot of party members.

Badenoch becomes the fourth Tory leader in just over two years after Boris Johnson, Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak and her party are a best-priced 2-1 with Hills to win the most seats in the next general election.

The former shadow housing secretary had been the 5-2 favourite to succeed Sunak after Labour's convincing win in the July general election.

Coral and Ladbrokes are already betting on who will succeed her as Conservative leader, with James Cleverly, who finished third this time, the 4-1 favourite ahead of Jenrick at 5-1 and Reform leader Nigel Farage at 8-1.

The odds are narrowing in the US presidential election race, with Kamala Harris a best-priced 7-5, having been 7-4 just a few days ago, while Donald Trump is out from 8-15 to 4-6 with Hills to win Tuesday's vote.
