Sharks can sink their teeth into Ospreys
Free rugby tips, best bets and analysis for Sunday's European Champions Cup games.
Sale v Ospreys
Where to watch
BT Sport 2, 1pm Sunday
Best bet
Sale -20
1pt 10-11 bet365, Paddy Power
Match preview
Ospreys have been holding their own in the United Rugby Championship this season but they have endured a much tougher time of things in Europe.
Defeats in their first three games against Sale, Glasgow and Racing 92 have left the Welsh outfit rooted to the bottom of Pool A.
Having already won 21-13 at the Liberty Stadium in December, Sale can be expected to win by a bigger margin in the home comforts of the AJ Bell Stadium on Sunday.
Stade Francais v Connacht
Where to watch
BT Sport 3, 1.00pm Sunday
Best bet
Connacht
1pt 13-8 BoyleSports
Match preview
Having fallen just short against Premiership frontrunners Leicester, Connacht might well fancy their chances of causing an upset in the French capital against Stade Francais.
Ireland fly-half Jack Carty will skipper the side and should be key for a Connacht side who have already secured their spot in the Champions Cup knockout stage for the first time after Toulouse’s game with Cardiff was cancelled.
After losing their last two games against Castres and Bristol, Stade look likely to be staring down the barrel of a third consecutive defeat.
Munster v Wasps
Where to watch
BT Sport 2, 3.15pm Sunday
Best bet
Munster -11
1pt 10-11 bet365
Match preview
Munster have been in excellent form ahead of their visit from Wasps and it’s hard to envisage anything other than a convincing home win.
The Red Army are on a five-match winning streak and they have found a way to battle out victories in close encounters. Munster have won by six points or fewer in each of their last four games, which shows the composure they boast in pressure moments.
Munster beat Wasps 35-14 in Coventry last month and there may be a similar gap between the sides at Thomond Park.
Montpellier v Exeter Chiefs
Where to watch
BT Sport 2, 5.30pm Sunday
Best bet
Exeter -6
1pt Evens Paddy Power
Match preview
In the final game of the weekend, Exeter will fancy their chances of doing the double over Montpellier in the Champions Cup this season.
Chiefs full-back Stuart Hogg has returned to form in recent weeks, which will come as welcome news to Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend ahead of the Six Nations next month.
With a talented backline that also includes England internationals Jack Nowell and Henry Slade, Exeter can confirm the form of last month's 42-6 rout of the Top 14 outfit at Sandy Park.
