Texas Christian at Oklahoma
1am Sunday

Oklahoma’s offence is yet to be stopped at home this season, they’ve averaged 53.6 per game and the Sooners, currently lying outside the playoff rankings, can't afford to let up.

Texas Christian University have a good but not great defence and have been susceptible to big plays all season. That's where Jalen Hurts and the Sooners feast, with a league-high 8.4 yards per play, increasing to 9.4 at home.

As formidable as the Sooners’ offence is, their defence has been woeful in recent weeks, conceding an average of 40 points in their last three matches.

The Horned Frogs have scored on average 30.3 points per game in conference play this season and will see some success against an Oklahoma defence that has been on the slide.

Backing overs in the points market has been profitable in six straight Oklahoma games, and in seven of TCU’s last eight. Both teams have big play ability and points look to be plentiful once more at the Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.

Miami Hurricanes v Florida International
Sunday midnight

An all-Miami affair as the Miami Hurricanes face the Florida International Panthers at a neutral site, Marlins Park.

The Hurricanes go into this game on a roll, having won their last three led by a revitalised offence under quarterback Jarren Williams, who has started the last two games following N'kosi Perry's injury.

Williams has thrown for 566 yards and eight touchdowns in the last two games, six of which came last week during a 52-27 rout of Louisville.

The Panthers enter the contest at 5-5 and retain hopes of making a bowl game this season. But they struggled to contain Florida Atlantic last week, conceding 569 yards of offence and 37 points, and it could be more of the same against a stronger Miami side.

FIU have struggled to put pressure on opposing quarterbacks this season, registering only 13 sacks, while in contrast Miami defensive linemen Gregory Rousseau has made 12 of Miami's 36 sacks himself.

Williams has shown in the last two matches that Miami are capable on offence when clicking and against a weak pass rush here the Hurricanes should have great success on offence once more.

Liberty at Virginia
5pm Saturday

The Virginia Cavaliers lead the way in three-way-tie at the top of the ACC Coastal division with a record of 7-3, and are 17-point favourites to reach 8-3 with a victory over Liberty Flames.

The Cavaliers cannot afford to look past a dangerous Flames offence, but their season will be determined next week when they face staunch rivals Virginia Tech in what could be a winner-takes-all clash in the ACC Coastal.

Liberty have had two weeks off to prepare since their 31-24 defeat to BYU, where they had chances late on to tie the game, and they can keep this one similarly close.

Liberty have a potent offence led by quarterback Steven Calvert, who has passed for 2941 yards, 23 touchdowns and just three interceptions.

Much of that success has gone the way of game-wrecking wide receiver Antonio Gandy-Golden, who currently sits second in receiving yards with 1244.

Liberty’s offence looks certain to score, and against a Virginia team who are likely to have one eye on next week's Virginia Tech match, covering a 17-point handicap line looks a tall order for the Cavaliers.
