Maurizio Sarri, boss of Serie A runners-up Napoli, is 7-4 with Coral to become the next Chelsea manager as speculation continues over the future of Antonio Conte.

Sarri appeared to hint after Sunday’s final league game in Italy – a 2-1 win against Crotone – that he fancied a move abroad and bookmakers have installed the 59-year-old as favourite to succeed his compatriot at Stamford Bridge.

Napoli finished the season with 91 points, a new club record and the best ever haul by a team not winning the league.

West Ham have appointed former Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini as their new manager.

The 64-year-old Chilean replaces David Moyes at the London Stadium, taking the reins at a club who finished 13th in the Premier League.

Pellegrini, who had been working in China, led Manchester City to the title in 2014.

Unai Emery is expected to be unveiled as Arsene Wenger’s successor at Arsenal though Hills aren’t expecting the Spaniard to bring the glory days back straight away. The firm go 1-3 that Arsenal don’t finish in the top four in 2018-19.
