Best Premier League bet

West Ham vs Chelsea
TNT Sports 1, 12.30pm Saturday

Chelsea kept their first away Premier League clean sheet in 18 games at Bournemouth last weekend but it was hardly a convincing defensive display from the Blues.

Christopher Nkunku scored the only goal of the game in the 86th minute to see off a Cherries side who had a penalty saved, hit the woodwork and racked up another six shots on target.

Nine of Chelsea's previous 11 away league fixtures had featured over 3.5 goals, including this season's 6-2 rout of Wolves, and that looks an appealing bet when they travel to West Ham.

The Hammers have won three of their last five home meetings with their London rivals by 3-2, 3-2 and 3-1 scorelines but they were walloped 5-0 at Stamford Bridge in May.

They have conceded 24 goals in their last ten league matches and Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick for Manchester City in the most recent fixture at the London Stadium.

Chelsea have a vast array of talented attacking options but West Ham, with Jarrod Bowen, Mohammed Kudus, Lucas Paqueta and Crysencio Summerville leading the charge, are capable of contributing to a high-scoring clash.

Best EFL bet

Sunderland vs Middlesbrough
Sky Sports Football, 12.30pm Saturday

Sunderland's four-game winning streak at the start of the Championship season was ended by a 3-2 defeat at Plymouth last weekend.

The Black Cats will be hoping to get back on track against north-east rivals Middlesbrough at the Stadium of Light and Sunderland winger Romaine Mundle is an eyecatching price to open the scoring.

The Tottenham youth product began the campaign on the bench but has scored in all three of his league starts against Burnley, Portsmouth and Plymouth.

Mundle had five shots in last month's 1-0 win over title contenders Burnley, who mustered just four attempts at the Stadium of Light, and he can cause problems for a depleted Middlesbrough side.

Best European bet

Roma vs Udinese
OneFootball, 5pm Sunday

Udinese are the surprise leaders of Serie A after four rounds of fixtures and they can extend their strong start by taking at least a point from Sunday's trip to troubled Roma.

The visitors' last two wins were against promoted clubs as they beat Como 1-0 at home and came from 2-0 down to defeat ten-man Parma 3-2 on Monday.

Before those victories, however, Udinese drew away to Bologna, who finished fifth last term, and beat Lazio 2-1 despite having defender Hassane Kamara sent off with more than 20 minutes remaining.

Roma sacked club legend Daniele De Rossi on Wednesday after a winless start featuring goalless stalemates at Cagliari and Juventus, a 1-1 draw at Genoa and a shock 2-1 home defeat to Empoli.

Former Torino boss Ivan Juric has been appointed as De Rossi's successor but Roma, having scored twice in four games, look vulnerable odds-on shots this weekend.
