Preview

Liverpool’s record-breaking attack this season has seen Mo Salah fly to the top of the goalscoring charts.

The Egyptian is odds-on to find the net against Wolverhampton, but as big as 19-5 to register an assist, despite the fact that he also tops the Premier League standings for laying on goals with eight.

Given his involvement in Liverpool’s chance creation, that seems generous. Salah has set up a goal in six of his last eight games and is taken for another here.

Playing central midfield against Chelsea can be a difficult task, qw their 3-4-3 formation opens up the pitch so that they can play through the lines and beat the opposition’s press.

Chelsea’s forwards often drop into midfield, with their wingbacks or central midfielders bombing on.

This constant movement can be a nightmare for the opposition’s midfield and in four of their last six league games, Chelsea’s opponents have had at least two of their central midfielders booked.

As a result, a chance is taken on West Ham’s Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek to be shown a yellow in Saturday's early game.

Burnley and Newcastle sit first and second on the list of most shots conceded per 90 minutes in the Premier League this season, so it’s likely there will be plenty of goalmouth action in their meeting.

Burnley are likely to sit deep, which may force the Magpies into efforts from long range. Allan Saint-Maximin is known for cutting inside from the left flank and shooting from distance and may be forced into that against the Clarets.

The Frenchman has averaged more than shots per 90 minutes this season and against Sean Dyche’s side and their low block, Newcastle’s creative spark is fancied for three or more.
