Manchester City have been pushed out to 14-1 with bet365 to retain the Premier League title after a last-gasp capitulation in Sunday's 2-1 defeat to Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium.

City led for most of the game thanks to a first-half goal from Josko Gvardiol but goals from Bruno Fernandes and star performer Amad Diallo secured a shock comeback win for United, who were as big as 80-1 in-play with Betfair and Paddy Power.

More than £4.2 million was matched on Betfair's exchange on City, who touched as low as 1.15, before Matheus Nunes brought down United ace Diallo and Fernandes scored the subsequent penalty after 88 minutes.

And just two minutes later, Diallo capped a terrific performance when he flicked the ball over Ederson and converted a 90th-minute winner from a tight angle to secure the club's first away win in the Premier League under Ruben Amorim.

The Red Devils have been trimmed to 7-4 for a top-six finish, while they are 10-1 to make the top four and qualify for the Champions League.

City are 2-5 shots to place in the top four but the Manchester derby defeat means Guardiola's side have won just one of their last 11 games.

And following the conclusion of the club's financial charges hearing earlier this month, City are shorter to be relegated from the Premier League (10-1) than to win it this season.
