Team news
Arsenal
Hector Bellerin will be assessed while David Luiz is a doubt.
Brighton
Former Arsenal player Danny Welbeck (hamstring) is likely to miss out along with Neal Maupay, Solly March and Tariq Lamptey.
Match preview
Arsenal will not feature in the Champions League nor the Europa League next season but they could book their spot in Uefa's new third-tier continental competition with victory over Brighton.
If the Gunners win on the final day of the season and Tottenham and Everton fail to win their matches against Leicester and Manchester City, Mikel Arteta's men will qualify for the inaugural Europa Conference League.
A win will not change the fact it has been a deeply disappointing season for the north London side, who could conversely miss out on European football altogether for the first time in 25 years if they do not win or results do not go their way.
But they should be in good spirits after a run of four straight wins over Newcastle, West Brom, Chelsea and Crystal Palace.
Arsenal have netted nine goals during that run and their clash with Brighton, who dominated in a shock 3-2 win over champions Manchester City last time out, could be a high-scoring affair.
The Seagulls could finish as high as 13th with victory and have motivation of their own but Arsenal are one of the Premier League's in-form teams right now.
The best punting strategy could be to back a home win and at least three goals at the Emirates at 11-8.
Key stat
Arsenal have lost only two of their last 11 matches in all competitions.
