Arsenal are 7-2 to win the Premier League following Sunday's emphatic 5-1 home victory over Manchester City.

The result leaves the Gunners six points behind 3-10 title favourites Liverpool, who have a game in hand, while City are 15 points adrift of the Reds.

Martin Odegaard's second-minute goal was the perfect start for Arsenal, who had been even-money to beat City, but Erling Haaland headed in an equaliser in the 55th minute.

However, Thomas Partey restored Arsenal's lead with a deflected strike less than 40 seconds after the restart and goals from Myles Lewis-Skelly, Kai Havertz and Ethan Nwaneri sealed a thumping win over a ragged City side.

Pep Guardiola's men are 1-2 with bet365 to finish in the top four and rivals Manchester United suffered a fifth defeat in their last six Premier League home matches as a Jean-Philippe Mateta brace gave 16-5 shots Crystal Palace a 2-0 win at Old Trafford.

Betfair offer 5-4 that United finish in the top half of the table and they are 18-1 to make the top six.

Ange Postecoglou saw his Tottenham side claim a valuable 2-0 victory at Brentford thanks to a Vitaly Janelt own goal and a late strike from Pape Matar Sarr.

That eased the pressure on Postecoglou, who started the weekend at 1-3 to be the next top-flight manager to leave his job, and Spurs are 11-4 for a top-half finish and 11-2 to win the EFL Cup.

They have a 1-0 lead over Liverpool going into Thursday's semi-final second leg at Anfield although the Reds are just 4-11 to qualify from the tie.

Arsenal are 5-1 to overturn a 2-0 deficit against Newcastle at St James' Park in Wednesday's first semi-final second leg.
