England are 7-1 to win the 2026 World Cup after kicking off their qualifying campaign with comfortable home victories over Albania and Latvia.

There are tougher tests ahead for new manager Thomas Tuchel but his side are just 1-12 to top Group K and bet365 make the Three Lions 13-8 to win all six of their remaining qualifying fixtures.

England are 4-9 to go unbeaten in a group that also features Serbia and Andorra but several members of the squad may already be dreaming of next summer's World Cup finals in Canada, Mexico and the USA.

Arsenal left-back Myles Lewis-Skelly continues to shorten in bet365's market to make England's squad for the finals.

He was cut from evens to 8-15 after scoring on his debut against Albania and, following another assured display in the 3-0 win over Latvia, is now just 4-9 to go to the World Cup.

Reece James, who scored with a brilliant free kick against Latvia, is 8-15 from 4-6 and Eberechi Eze, also on the scoresheet on Monday night, has been trimmed from 10-11 to 8-11.

Marc Guehi (1-3) and Ezri Konsa (4-11) are seen as Tuchel's most likely centre-backs at the World Cup while veteran defender Kyle Walker is 6-4.

Injured attackers Bukayo Saka (1-8) and Cole Palmer (1-7) are expected to be key figures next summer and two of Saka's Arsenal teammates could also be on Tuchel's radar.

Defender Ben White, who made himself unavailable for international duty under Gareth Southgate, is 6-4 while teenage winger Ethan Nwaneri, who scored on his first Under-21 start against Portugal on Monday, is a 7-4 chance.
