Sunday's FA Cup predictions

Wrexham's primary focus this season is the League One promotion race but such is the strength of their squad that manager Phil Parkinson can also attack Sunday's FA Cup first-round tie with League Two strugglers Harrogate.

The Dragons are third in League One with seven wins from their 13 matches and they head into this game at Wetherby Road unbeaten in five games in all competitions.

Harrogate are 17th in League Two and have lost successive matches without scoring against Port Vale and Notts County.

Goals have been hard to come by for the hosts this season – they have scored just 11 times in 14 matches in the fourth tier – and a changed Wrexham team should edge a low-scoring contest.

MK Dons and Wimbledon square up in the FA Cup and there is not a lot between the sides.

Only two points separate them in the League Two standings and punters should not rush to back either side to win a potentially fiery cup contest.

Instead, goals look the best way to go with MK Dons having struggled for clean sheets despite their recent climb up the standings.

Both teams have scored in nine of their last ten assignments and that looks like the best bet in Milton Keynes.
