Held up well in rear, pushed along and steady progress from 3f out, never able to challenge but shaped with encouragement (jockey said filly jumped awkwardly leaving stalls) (op 50/1 tchd 33/1)
Led 2f, chased leader to 2f out, steadily faded (enquiry was held to consider why trainer was running filly here at Windsor on going described as Good to Firm, having declared the filly a non-runner at Newbury on 12 July 2018 on ground with the same official description. trainer stated that in his opinion, after consulting with the jockeys who had ridden that day, the Going was quicker than described at Newbury. he continued that he felt that the Going may be more accurate at Windsor, as the racecourse is situated near a river allowing more moisture into the ground, and therefore he was happy to run the filly today) (op 9/2)
Slowly away and impeded start, recovered into midfield after 3f, pushed along and weakened well over 2f out (trainer rep said filly made noise during race. jockey said filly hung left-handed under pressure) (op 28/1)
