Jockey said that the filly was returning after 274 days off and his instructions were to drop in the filly and get cover. Jockey explained that he was happy with his early position and the manner in which the filly was travelling with the strong pace being set. Jockey added that when entering the straight he was aware of the head wind and was content with taking a lead.
