Waited with in rear, no impression before 3 out, went moderate 5th under hands and heels before next where mistake, stayed on well from last, nearest finish (jockey said, regarding running and riding, that his orders were to drop the mare in, and get it to come as best it could, he knew there would be a lot of pace in the race and was happy to drop off, even though it was a little keen, he kept giving it a chance to fill up the lungs and give it the best chance to come home well, he put it into the race from the third last and felt he obtained the best possible placing.)
