Francky Du Berlais has yet to finish out of the three in four runs at Uttoxeter, winning twice, and on old form he's still on a winnable mark, despite being 6lb out of the handicap. Last time he was travelling well in behind the leaders at Market Rasen when not getting much room two out and losing some momentum. He kept on well to the line though and the Bowens always target these valuable summer jumping handicaps.
Back In December, Francky Du Berlais ran a cracker from much further out of the weights in a cross-country race at Cheltenham and the key to him has always been decent ground, so everything looks right.
