Galopin Des Champs, Honeysuckle and Facile Vega among Dublin Racing Festival stars

Monday

All eyes will be on Princess Zoe as the 2020 Prix du Cadran winner makes her jumps debut at the age of eight in the 2m4½f mares’ maiden hurdle at Punchestown (1.57).

British jumps action comes from Hereford, Plumpton and Huntingdon,  and Wolverhampton hosts an evening all-weather card.

Tuesday

The popular Goshen has a second go over fences in the opening beginners’ chase at Lingfield (1.15), one of four jumps meetings in Britain and Ireland.

Southwell stages an eight-race all-weather card in the evening, including a 6f conditions stakes and All-Weather Championships fast-track qualifier (6.00) which has attracted three runners rated 103, 100 and 90.

Wednesday

In a similar vein to Goshen, Thomas Darby could revert to chasing and is entered in a novice handicap at Ayr (1.50), while Ballygrifincottage, a 12-1 shot for the Brown Advisory Novices' Chase, could be in action at Exeter (2.10).

Leicester completes the jump racing for the day and all-weather action takes place at Dundalk in the afternoon and Kempton in the evening.

Thursday

Supreme entry Chasing Fire could bid to take his rules record to 4-4 under a double penalty at Wincanton (2.00). Fakenham stages the other jumps fixture with all-weather meetings taking place at Southwell in the afternoon and Chelmsford in the evening.

Friday

Beaten Tolworth favourite Authorised Speed may seek to get back on track in the Chepstow opener (1.30), a race that Evan Williams has three last-time-out winners entered in Doyen Star, Libberty Hunter and Out Of Office. The other jumps fixture is at Catterick and there is all-weather racing at Lingfield, Newcastle and Dundalk.

Saturday

It’s day one of the Dublin Racing Festival at Leopardstown, where the first four races are Grade 1s. Triumph Hurdle favourite Lossiemouth is set to tackle the Donohue Marquees Spring Juvenile Hurdle (1.55) and Willie Mullins could be well represented in the Irish Arkle (2.30) with Dysart Dynamo, Appreciate It and El Fabiolo among the entries.

Galopin Des Champs is the main star name on the card in the Paddy Power Irish Gold Cup (3.05) and he could face Conflated, Stattler, Envoi Allen and Fury Road, while Fascile Mode bids to strengthen his Champion Bumper claims in the finale (4.40), a race won by Facile Vega last year.

The Virgin Bet Scilly Isles Novices’ Chase (2.20) is the Grade 1 offering in Britain at Sandown and Wetherby’s card is headlined by the Grade 2 William Hill Towton Novices’ Chase. The bet365 Edinburgh National (3.13) is one of three races from Musselburgh to be shown on ITV4, with all-weather action at Lingfield and Kempton.

Sunday

There are four more Grade 1s on the final day of the Dublin Racing Festival and a fascinating clash between State Man and Honeysuckle in the Chanelle Pharma Irish Champion Hurdle (3.10). The Henry de Bromhead-trained mare bids for a fourth consecutive win in the race.

Champion Chase hope Blue Lord contests the Ladbrokes Dublin Chase (2.10) and the unbeaten Facile Vega is set to be rivalled by classy hurdling recruit High Definition in the Tattersalls Ireland Novice Hurdle (3.40).

Musselburgh's Trials weekend enters its final day with Triumph and Supreme trials on the Sunday card, with the other jumps action staged at Hereford.
