Unexposed four-year-olds with Group potential are always hot property in the Lincoln and the early market is concentrating on three reappearing youngsters.
Clifford Lee was always going to partner Thunder Run for Karl Burke, but it was interesting to note James Doyle provisionally booked to ride Midnight Gun over fellow Wathnan runner Native Warrior.
Native Warrior entered the notebook when winning his group of ten on the stands’ side in the Britannia at Royal Ascot. That was a superb effort for a handicap debutant, although his progress stalled on his final start at three over the Lincoln course and distance.
