'I can't understand why he's twice the price of the favourite' - our expert panel's views on a top weekend

Who wins the Cambridgeshire?

Phill Anderson, tipster A high draw is usually an advantage and Dual Identity, who comes from stall 30, could be overpriced. He did best of those drawn low when third in 2022 and he wasn’t beaten far in this race last year either. He’s up 3lb for a length defeat in a competitive handicap at the Ebor meeting but Brandon Wilkie’s 5lb claim helps negate that rise.

Pat Cooney, bet365 I'll honour the stats that suggest you need a high draw, with proven ability to handle ease in the ground and pick Godwinson, who goes from stall 27 for William Haggas and Tom Marquand. The nine-furlong trip looks ideal.

Grace McEntee, jockey I fancy Liberty Lane. He's a course-and-distance winner, looks like he'll handle the conditions and returned to form last time out. He may have top weight but he's drawn low, which may be the place to be.
