Relentless, yet never anything but relaxed. Unstoppable, yet never fails to stop for a chat. A record-breaker, yet unfussed by it all. The only thing that comes close to matching Colin Keane's ability is his attitude.

He has just achieved something that has never happened before, yet he will act as if all he has done is put out the right colour bin for collection on the right day. A simple task, nothing to see here. We all know that is rubbish though.

To ride 128 winners in a single season, with weeks of the campaign still remaining, is simply sensational. A stunning feat made all the more admirable by the fact that he has ridden winners for 26 different trainers.
