Once could have been a fluke, but twice is certainly no coincidence.

Dermot McLoughlin must have inherited Paul Daniels' magic wand as he has managed to pull two rabbits out of a very small hat on one of the biggest stages of them all in the space of 12 months.

Last year it was the 150-1 outsider of the entire field Freewheelin Dylan, this time it was a 40-1 shot who was having his 14th start over fences and ridden by a relatively unknown 7lb claimer in Paddy O'Hanlon.
