Declan Carroll and Zak Wheatley enjoy a third winner in less than 24 hours after Rwenearlytheredad makes all in finale
Trainer Declan Carroll and jockey Zak Wheatley enjoyed a third winner from four runners in less than 24 hours when Rwenearlytheredad made all in the mile apprentice handicap.
The in-form combination enjoyed a double with Thankuappreciate and Willolarupi at Southwell on Monday evening and continued the good run in Redcar’s finale.
The John Blackburn-owned Rwenearlytheredad backed up his win at Catterick last week with a length success.
Carroll, who is in Ireland for the Goffs Autumn Yearling Sale, said: “The horses are in good form and Zak is riding very well. We’re enjoying a good time of it and are delighted.
“I dashed in from the sales to watch the race and it looked like Rwenearlytheredad had it won all the way. I’ll speak with the owners, but I’m not sure whether we’ll keep him going on the all-weather.”
Double bubble
Liberty Coach sealed a double for trainers John and Sean Quinn and jockey Jason Hart when landing the feature 1m2f handicap. The progressive three-year-old gained a third win from six handicap starts by a length and a quarter.
Magellan Cloud initiated the double when successful by a length and a half in the opening 7f novice.
Cieren Fallon also struck twice aboard Al Waseela in the mile nursery for William Haggas and Ey Up Its Jazz in the 7f handicap for Tony Coyle and Kaine Wood.
In-form England
Sam England saddled a third winner from her last four Flat runners when the Tom Eaves-ridden Haarar was successful in the 1m6f handicap.
