Reader Q&A: put your questions to Best Mate's trainer Henrietta Knight
Henrietta Knight made sporting history in 2004 when she trained the brilliant Best Mate to a remarkable Cheltenham Gold Cup hat-trick – an achievement Willie Mullins will bid to match with Al Boum Photo in 2021.
As well as being a highly successful racehorse trainer, Knight has also in her time been a teacher, eventer, Olympic selector and best-selling author.
She now buys horses for top clients at the sales in Britain and Ireland and primarily teaches horses, including many star names, in the art of jumping at her base in West Lockinge.
Hen, whose legendary partnership with former champion jockey Terry Biddlecombe touched the hearts of many, is one of a kind, and now is your chance to question her.
Simply submit your questions via this link and the best ones will be answered by Henrietta in a special reader Q&A, to be published on racingpost.com on Thursday, April 23 at 6pm. The answers will also appear in that evening's digital edition of the Racing Post.
We look forward to hearing from you.
