If challenged to reimagine fine dining as a horseracing experience, this weekend might just be the answer.
The Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, Europe's richest and most prestigious race and belonging to the city that gave us haute cuisine, is undoubtedly the main course of Sunday's top-class fare at Longchamp.
