Plans for Netflix racing series progress as filming begins at European stables

A project to produce a horseracing version of the hugely popular Formula One documentary series 'Drive To Survive' has progressed with filming days having taken place at two yards in Europe.

Netflix have yet to give the green light to the project but the Racing Post understands that filming has taken place at the stables of Joseph O’Brien in Ireland and Francis-Henri Graffard in France.

It is also understood that similar filming days will go ahead with two trainers in Britain and three in the United States with the project having moved into its development phase.
