It has been quite a week for one family in the small North Yorkshire town of Boroughbridge.
The birthplace of 2006 World Strongman Challenge winner Darren Sadler is home to a couple who more than punch their weight in the rather different world of racing.
On Monday, Paul Mulrennan underlined his status as one of the most accomplished jockeys in the north, travelling 80 miles up the A1 to Newcastle to take a 1m2f handicap on Sambucus for Ed Walker and complete a century of winners for the season.
