The good, the bad and the downright ugly - here's how my 25 most exciting jumps horses are getting on
Let's see how much has changed since mid-October . . . it turns out quite a lot!
Back in the middle of October I was tasked with compiling the 25 most exciting jumps horses for the season ahead. It generated far more interest and debate than I expected, with most people surprised Majborough didn't get a mention. You were right, I was wrong – apologies. Anyway, it's three months later and a request has been made to review it. Damn it! This VAR nonsense is contagious. So let's see how the 25 horses are getting on, shall we? Oh, and I have another stab at suggesting how the rest of their season might pan out. Wish me luck.
1 Constitution Hill
Pre-season prediction (October 15): Wins everything he runs in – Fighting Fifth, the Christmas Hurdle, the International Hurdle, the Champion Hurdle and the Punchestown Champion Hurdle.
