We are now only days away. Hopefully.
If the government decides that due to coronavirus major gatherings, such as the Cheltenham Festival, cannot take place, it would surely also have to close down London, which would be tricky.
Yet if drastic action is taken there must be a significant chance a ban would stay in place for months, not weeks. If the 2020 festival does not take place next week it may realistically not take place at all.
