Racing has been so lucky - now let's not blow it by being complacent

I spent a number of hours last week lifting weights in my garage while taking part in exercise sessions with a personal trainer who was working remotely during his break in Madeira.

It brought home to me the extent to which everything has changed this year. For racing, much needs to change over the coming years.

As a 'sixtysomething', I've become ever keener to stay fit and, I'm pleased to report, my regular workouts have helped me to lose more than a stone. There is now a little less fat on the bones, an analogy that could also be extended to British racing in this period of Covid-19.
