My time to be a tipster: what I expect to see in the gambling review white paper

It is 21 years this month since I started working at the Racing Post and during that time the publication has managed to survive without calling on my skills as a tipster.

That is not going to change for the foreseeable future when it comes to events on the racecourse but, as far as forecasting the detail of the proposals contained in the gambling review white paper is concerned, there is some scope to make predictions.

As the gambling industry returned to London's ExCeL centre for the first Ice show since 2019 last week, there was one question always close to everyone's lips: "What have you heard?"
