Johnson unveils Perth accommodation for racecourse workers

Richard Johnson and Perth racecourse chairman John Gellatly cut the ribbon at The Lodge
Stable Staff Week ends today but one of the events from the initiative will stand the test of time, with champion jockey Richard Johnson having formally opened The Lodge, a brand new accommodation and stable complex at Perth.
Johnson said: "It’s a fantastic facility at Perth for the stable staff, but also a top facility in Perth full stop.
"I'm sure The Lodge will be truly appreciated by the hard-working stable staff after the hard graft of a raceday, and it’s perfect timing that it’s opening during Stable Staff Week.”
