ITV Racing tips: one key runner from each of the six races on ITV on Tuesday

1.50 Goodwood
Coral Chesterfield Cup Handicap, 1m2f

A tricky puzzle to start the five-day meeting. The Johnston stable will look to continue its excellent race record with class-dropper West End Charmer and the Frankie Dettori-ridden Forest Falcon. Moktasaab and Caradoc were first and second over course and distance in April and are others to consider.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Moktasaab

He was impressive when beating Caradoc over course and distance previously and he could still be ahead of his mark back under conditions that suit.

2.25 Goodwood
Japan Racing Association Vintage Stakes (Group 2), 7f

Holloway Boy makes his second start after becoming a rare debut winner at Royal Ascot when causing a 40-1 shock in the Chesham Stakes. Mysterious Night looked ready for a step up to this trip last time and Dark Thirty represents Richard Hannon, who has won this race with some star talent in the past.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Mysterious Night

Couldn't lay a glove on the principals in the recent Group 2 July Stakes but could prove a very different proposition over this longer trip.

3.00 Goodwood
World Pool Lennox Stakes (Group 2), 7f

Sacred is unbeaten in two starts over this 7f trip and was beaten only a length in fifth on her reappearance in the Platinum Jubilee. Lusail was a high-class juvenile last year, winning the July Stakes and the Gimcrack, and was just touched off by Coroebus in the St James's Palace, while last year's winner Kinross will be suited by the return to this distance.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Sacred

She has won Group races on her two previous attempts at this trip and, having kept on for a one-length fifth of 24 on her reappearance in the Platinum Jubilee Stakes over 6f at Royal Ascot, she can maintain her unbeaten record at 7f now back up in distance.

3.35 Goodwood
Al Shaqab Goodwood Cup (Group 1), 2m

Stradivarius is already the most successful horse in Goodwood Cup history and the supreme stayer bids for a fifth success, with Andrea Atzeni taking over the ride from Frankie Dettori. Gold Cup hero Kyprios makes his Goodwood debut on the back of three straight victories, while last year's winner Trueshan is poised to defend his crown if conditions are deemed suitable.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Coltrane

He was extremely impressive in a Listed race at Sandown last time and can take this rise in grade in his stride.

4.10 Goodwood
Nicholson Gin Handicap, 5f

Celsius is up 9lb having won his two starts this season and has a course-and-distance success to his name. Last year's winner Lord Riddiford might prove the main danger with this race likely to have been a long-term target.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Celsius

A tendency to do things by halves has helped him keep ahead of the handicapper and his proven course and distance form is another major plus.

4.45 Goodwood
British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes, 6f

Godolphin's Mischief Magic makes his second start after finishing third on debut over course and distance in May. Chartwell House, Celtic Champion, Supreme King and Master Of Chant are others to have shown up well, while Atomic Impact is an interesting newcomer.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Chartwell House

All things considered, he ran a mighty race to even threaten a good horse at Windsor two weeks ago.
