Three-horse trainer Des Kenneally is dreaming of Cheltenham Festival glory with "family pet" Pray Tell following his Grade 3 win at Cork on Sunday in front of the RTE cameras.
Kenneally, a farmer by day who is based in Kilworth in County Cork, saw off the superpowers of Irish jump racing in the Singletons Supervalu Stayers Novice Hurdle when Pray Tell stayed on powerfully under John Shinnick to beat the Gordon Elliott-trained favourite Minella Sixo and Willie Mullins' Just For Love.
It was one of those rare occasions when David got the better of Goliath and Kenneally said the victory still hasn't fully sunk in yet.
