Henry de Bromhead lining up Slade Steel and Bob Olinger for upcoming Navan weekend meeting
Henry de Bromhead is preparing to unleash two of his big guns at the Navan Racing Festival next weekend as Bob Olinger and Slade Steel could make their comebacks within 24 hours of each other.
Bob Olinger ended a drought of a year and a half when winning the Railway Bar Lismullen Hurdle last year and it was the catalyst for a good season, one which ended with a controversial nose defeat to Impaire Et Passe in the Aintree Hurdle.
The Grade 2 2m4f event at Navan on Saturday will again be Bob Olinger's first assignment of the campaign and his trainer has not ruled out another crack at three miles at some stage.
