'He's the strongest rider around' - Tom Marquand delivers 1,146-1 four-timer

Monday: Windsor
Tom Marquand proved the dominant force at Windsor as he completed a 1,146-1 four-timer.
The 24-year-old's stellar afternoon started with success aboard odds-on favourite Proverb, who took up the running and stayed on well to win the novice stakes.
Next up was Bearaway, who held off hot favourite Wisper to triumph in the 1m2f handicap and end Hughie Morrison's 30-day wait for a winner. Marquand then teamed up successfully with William Haggas to take the mile handicap, with Frantanck fending off a late surge from My Mate Ted.
There was one more winner yet to come as Morrison and Marquand once more teamed up with Promoting, who scored in the next race at 16-1.
"Tom Marquand is the strongest rider around," said Morrison, who was delighted to ease the frustrations of recent weeks.
"We've been banging our heads against the wall a bit because lots of ours like soft ground and haven't got their conditions," he said. "No matter what the level, it's always nice to get winners."
Dunlop delight
Ed Dunlop celebrated a poignant winner after Richard P Smith came home a comfortable winner of the amateur jockeys' handicap under Fletcher Yarham.
The three-year-old is named after the late Richard Smith, a friend of the owner David Hicken.
Dunlop said: "Richard very sadly died of Covid during the middle of the pandemic and sweetly David named this horse after him. It's a great story. I'm glad David was here today."
