'He could really get his act together' - Adele Mulrennan selects her ten

Emily Upjohn is a big girl, who stands out massively from the other three-year-old fillies I've seen this year, and she has the attitude to match her impressive physique. She has plenty of ability and is the one for the Oaks.

Persian Force looks the real deal in the two-year-old department. He started off by winning the Brocklesby, when his professionalism shone through, and it looks as if he's heading for the Coventry. He's been compared with Canford Cliffs, which is a positive.

You can't leave out Baaeed, who has earned comparisons with the mighty Frankel. He looks set for the Queen Anne and is the horse for the season.

It's a similar story with Coroebus, whose Newmarket form is working out well after Native Trail won at the Curragh, and has the St James's Palace Stakes on his agenda.

Fonteyn is one I've picked out from the Kevin Ryan stable. To lose her maiden tag at York in a hot Listed race deserves a lot of credit and I know she's held in high regard.

Karl Burke has a real strong hand with his juveniles going into Royal Ascot and Pillow Talk is the one I like the most. A half-sister to Group 1 winner Sands Of Mali, she was really impressive when winning at York, having been second at Nottingham on her debut when the winner broke the track record.

In the staying division, I'm going to take a chance on Revolver. He was off for 597 days after the 2020 Doncaster Cup, but won six in a row before that, and looked one to have onside after running a big race on his return at Newmarket.

I like the look of Cash, who's not straightforward but could really get his act together. He made a favourable impression in Sandown's Classic Trial, doing really good work late on. He had a problem with the stalls, but is a huge horse who looks as if he's got plenty of ability.

I've also gone with Sonnyboyliston, who won the Ebor and Irish St Leger last season. He ran really well at Riyadh, where the horse who beat him went on to win at Meydan, and he looks set for another good season.

Winter Power made a low-key return at Haydock but she's not fully cooked yet. She's a tricky one because you can't train her for the start of the season and once she finds her feet she'll show her ability, with the Nunthorpe her main aim again.
