It may have been a Royal Ascot like no other, but on the ratings front it was business as usual with the best performance of the week arriving courtesy of Lord North in the Prince of Wales's Stakes.

His powerful finish to dismiss last year's Champion Stakes runner-up Addeybb – a dual Group 1 winner in Australia since – returned a Racing Post Rating of 128, a figure well up to scratch for the race despite some reservations about its strength beforehand.
