Rivals be warned: fresh filly Enable ‘in great shape’ as clock ticks down to Arc

Rivals looking for chinks in hot favourite Enable at the start of Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe week were given little reason for hope on Sunday.

Last year's authoritative Chantilly winner is a best-priced 5-4 to score a repeat victory as Europe's most prestigious race returns to Longchamp.

The filly may have missed most of the season due to a setback but she made a successful return at Kempton three weeks ago and her Saturday workout at Newmarket impressed Frankie Dettori, who holds the record for most Arc wins and will be bidding for a sixth victory.
