Dettori gets Arc call-up on Love as O'Brien talks up 'class' filly Snowfall
Aidan O'Brien has stressed his unwavering belief in Snowfall's Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe prospects as he revealed Frankie Dettori, the most successful jockey in the Longchamp spectacular's history, is set to partner stablemate Love.
Longtime ante-post Arc favourite Snowfall has been pushed out by bookmakers to as big as 6-1 after suffering a shock long odds-on defeat over the big-race course and distance in the Prix Vermeille two weeks ago.
On that occasion the runaway winner of the Oaks, Irish Oaks and Yorkshire Oaks could manage only second to potential Arc candidate Teona, yet O'Brien is adamant that effort was better than it might have looked.
