Companies from all sectors are having to design policies for workers returning to offices following the Covid-19 pandemic and William Hill are no different.

They have instituted plans for hybrid working called 'Balance', one of three pillars of the company's new people strategy which is entitled 'Want to join, love to stay'.

William Hill's chief people officer Mark Skinner, who joined the company's executive team in June, wants the bookmakers to be a place people are eager to join and says that their people strategy will help achieve that.
