What do you make of the International Hurdle won by My Tent Or Yours?
Warren Greatrex, trainer It was a great race and good to see two old warriors in My Tent Or Yours and The New One fighting it out. My Tent Or Yours very much deserved a win after all of his placed efforts, but as they’re getting on a bit they’re not going to be improving and there are probably more progressive horses in the Champion Hurdle mix.
Kerry Lee, trainer Magnificent. I would be misleading you if I said I wasn’t cheering for The New One, but it was also a great result to see My Tent Or Yours get his head in front at Cheltenham. A wonderful spectacle between two A-listers. I thought
the comments from Sam Twiston-Davies to Racing UK after the race were highly impressive. He is a perfect ambassador for jump racing.
Andrew Lynch, jockey My Tent Or Yours is a classy horse and he deserved to win a race like that after running second in three Champion Hurdles. The New One is also solid, but I think Melon will also improve for the run. It looked a good race.
