'The Greatwood Hurdle is the plan - we're hoping he can do some damage off his mark'
AJ O'Neill appears to have joined his father Jonjo on the licence at Jackdaws Castle at an exciting time at a training centre with a proven track record when it comes to producing champions.
O'Neill Racing has been through a rebuilding process in recent years, but it feels like now is the time an investment programme based around young talent could bear fruit.
"Two years ago we invested in quite a lot of pointers who were bought to go chasing, and this is the year a lot of them will be going over fences followed by another bunch next year, so I'm hoping we'll be quite strong in that department," says AJ.
