Former plasterer Michael Keady is hoping for a smooth transition to becoming a trainer in his own right and plans to send out his first runners this month.
The 33-year-old recently took out a year’s lease on David Simcock’s former second yard at Revida Place on Newmarket’s Hamilton Road, having for the last two and a half years shared a licence with Bedfordshire-based Mike Murphy.
