'I think he'll beat Galopin Des Champs - I've backed him already at 25-1'

Bookmakers will agree it is not always a bad thing when a good thing gets beaten and, if Master McShee can lower the colours of hot favourite Galopin Des Champs in the Grade 1 Ladbrokes Novice Chase at Leopardstown on Sunday, the impact will be felt far beyond his trainer Paddy Corkery's pocket.
That is saying something as Corkery has backed Master McShee, one of only three horses he has in training at his yard just outside Dungarvan in County Waterford, from odds as big as 25-1 to rule supreme at the Dublin Racing Festival.
The pair have already claimed a significant scalp this season when Master McShee produced a remorseless, relentless display of galloping to reel in Farouk D'Alene in the Grade 1 Faugheen Novice Chase at Limerick over Christmas.
