From unruly youth to spectacular Lincoln winner and now a dual Group 1 winner, Addeybb's progress is a testament to trainer William Haggas's patience and meticulous planning.

The son of Pivotal's two top-level successes were many months in the making but his trainer acknowledges that the stars could hardly have aligned better.

However, it has not always been plain sailing in getting Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum's six-year-old to this point.
