'He never panics' - George Baker analyses a Buick masterclass in the Hungerford

Jumby wasn't the quickest at the start before winning the Hungerford Stakes at Newbury, but William Buick didn't panic and let him warm into the race in the first half-furlong.

He obviously knows him quite well and was more than happy to let Jumby steadily find his stride.

After one furlong, two groups formed: one group of three down the centre of the track led by Pogo and one group of six towards the stands' rail with Dubai Poet and Primo Bacio.
